First Foundation Bank (“FFB”) refinanced Empire with an assumable $6,500,000 first trust deed loan with interest set at 6-month LIBOR + 2.25% (fixed at 3.60% until June 1, 2025). The FFB loan provides for interest only payments until June 1, 2025 and matures on June 1, 2030.
